Course Descriptions
Through dynamic discussions, real-world scenarios, and interactive activities, participants gain practical strategies to strengthen leadership, improve communication, navigate conflict, increase accountability, and adapt confidently to change. These courses move beyond theory to deliver tools that participants can use immediately to elevate team performance, strengthen workplace relationships, and create lasting impact within their organizations. Whether working with executives, managers, or frontline teams, Rob creates engaging learning experiences that challenge thinking, encourage participation, and inspire action.
The following sessions can be delivered as live virtual or in-person. All sessions are 1 to 1.5 hours long. Sessions can be delivered individually or combined to create a half-day or full-day workshop.
Coaching Your Team to Perform (1.5 hrs.)
This session equips leaders with a practical, system-focused approach to coaching employee performance. Using a proven framework, participants learn how to diagnose the real causes of performance gaps, avoid common coaching mistakes, and apply clear expectations to drive improvement.
Communicating Effectively (1.5 hrs.)
Build confidence and credibility through clear, purposeful communication. This session covers professional presence, public speaking, reflective listening, feedback skills, and strategies for building trust and influencing others - especially without formal authority.
Strengthening Your Emotional Intelligence (1 hr.)
Explore the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership and association management. Participants will learn the four quadrants of emotional intelligence and practical ways to strengthen self-awareness, emotional regulation, and relationship skills.
Managing Conflict (1.5 hrs.)
Learn how to approach conflict with a consulting mindset. This session focuses on recognizing biases, navigating difficult conversations, and applying de-escalation techniques to resolve conflict and maintain productive relationships.
Choosing Accountability (1.5 hrs.)
Discover how personal accountability drives results. This session introduces the core principles of personal accountability, how mindset influences outcomes, and how to take ownership even when circumstances are challenging.
Building Resilience & Adaptability (1 hr.)
Develop tools to manage stress, stay focused, and adapt during change. Topics include emotional regulation, cognitive reframing, operating under pressure, and building habits that support long-term resilience and performance.
Decision Making & Prioritization (1 hr.)
Unlock the power of smart decision-making. This session will help you cut through the noise, avoid common pitfalls, and focus on what truly drives results. You’ll learn practical strategies to reduce decision fatigue, improve efficiency, and make high-impact choices with confidence. Discover why effective decision-making isn’t about doing more, it’s about doing the right things better.
